Getting started with SadaqaNow: from account to first screen

Getting started

There are five stages from your first click to a working screen. You only pay once we've reviewed and approved your community. That's why there's no trial period, and you don't need one either.

The steps at a glance

  1. Step 1:
Create an account. You create a free personal account with SadaqaNow. Here's how: Create an account.
  2. Step 2:
Register your community. In the Studio, you enter the name, legal details, address and contact details, upload the tax exemption notice (Freistellungsbescheid) and submit the registration. Submitting is free. Here's how: Register a community.
  3. Step 3:
Wait for the review. We look over your details and promise you a response within 24 hours. During this time, the Studio is blurred and shows “Under review”.
  4. Step 4:
Start the subscription. After approval, the community's owner starts the subscription. Once the payment is confirmed, the community is active.
  5. Step 5:
Set things up. On your first visit, the Studio welcomes you. The setup guide then opens and takes you through everything that's still missing.
