What is SadaqaNow, and what is the Studio?

SadaqaNow is a platform for mosque communities. On screens in your mosque, you show prayer times and your own content, and visitors donate there by card. You manage all of this in the Studio. You open it in your browser, on a computer, a tablet or a phone.

What you do in the Studio

• Screens: Create, pair and keep an eye on the screens for the mosque.
• Editor: Design templates. You decide what the screens show.
• Prayer times: Get the times automatically for your location or maintain them yourself.
• Campaigns: Set the donation purposes and amounts that visitors tap on the screen.
• Terminals: Connect your SumUp account and assign card terminals to the screens.
• Reports: See what has been donated, including per screen.
• Representatives: Add the board, the signature and the tax exemption notice (Freistellungsbescheid). The Studio then issues donation receipts (Zuwendungsbestätigungen).
• Team: Invite other people and give them roles.

Where the money goes

Donations made at the screen go straight to your community's SumUp account. They don't pass through SadaqaNow. You can follow the full journey of a donation in How do donations work with SadaqaNow? The “Beta” bar at the very top

Above the Studio, there's a narrow bar with the Beta label. It shows that you're using a pre-release version. The Studio is under continuous development, and new features are added regularly. If something isn't working or you're missing something, write to us at info@sadaqa-now.de.
