Register a community
A step-by-step guide to registration: Community, Legal details, Address, Contact and Summary. Submitting is free, and we review your details within 24 hours.
What details and documents do I need for registration?
All registration fields at a glance: what's required, what's optional and in what form the tax exemption notice must be provided.
What happens during the review?
After you submit, we look over your details and promise a response within 24 hours. Your registration doesn't expire during this time, and you don't pay anything yet.
Why is the Studio blurred?
As long as your community isn't active, a blurred overlay covers the Studio. The box on top of it tells you why, for example the review or a pending payment.
What statuses can a registration have?
Draft, Under review, Payment pending, Active, Declined, Suspended and Archived: what each status means and what you do next.
What should I do if my registration was declined?
Being declined doesn't delete anything. You'll see the reason in the Studio and in the email, correct your details and submit the registration again. Your username stays reserved.
Start the subscription after approval
Once your community has been approved, the owner starts the subscription and pays for the first month. When the payment is confirmed, the community is active and the Studio is open to you.
Continue a registration you've started
Your details are saved after every step. Find out how to get back to your draft and carry on where you left off before it expires after one hour.
Register and manage several communities
You can run several communities in the Studio. Each is reviewed separately and has its own subscription. No more than three can be under review at the same time.
Is there a trial period?
No. You only pay once your community has been reviewed and approved. Your account, the registration and the review cost nothing.
