What statuses can a registration have?

Registration and review

Every community has a status. You'll see it on the “Your communities” page to the right of the community, as long as it differs from the usual case. An active community shows no status, just the arrow that takes you into it.

How a registration progresses

  1. Step 1:
Draft: You've started but haven't submitted yet.
  2. Step 2:
Under review: You've submitted, and we're reviewing.
  3. Step 3:
Payment pending: We've approved, but the subscription hasn't been paid yet.
  4. Step 4:
Active: The payment is confirmed, and the Studio is open to you.

If we decline a registration, its status is Declined. It is kept and can be corrected and submitted again.

What never disappears on its own

Registrations that are under review or have been declined never expire and are never deleted automatically. A decision to decline is kept as a record. Only a draft that hasn't been submitted yet expires after one hour. To find out how to continue it in time, see Continue a registration you've started.
