Why is the Studio blurred?
Registration and reviewThe Studio is blurred as long as your community isn't active. You can already see what to expect, but you can't set anything up yet. The box in the middle tells you why and what comes next.
The four cases

| Your community has been approved | The review is complete, but the payment is still outstanding. | The owner clicks Start subscription. |
| Your registration was declined | We couldn't approve the community. The reason is shown in the box. | Revise details or Resubmit unchanged. |
| Your community has been suspended | The community had already been approved and was suspended later. | Contact SadaqaNow support. |
Every box also contains Back to your communities and Sign out.
Why you can already see the Studio
We want you to see straight away what awaits you after approval. The blur only explains the status. You can only set things up once the community is active. However, you can already change the details from your registration during the review. To find out how, see What happens during the review?.
When the blur disappears
As soon as the payment is confirmed, your community is active. The Studio checks the status in the background and removes the blur on its own. On your first visit after that, the Studio welcomes you and opens the setup guide. For more, see Set up your community with the setup guide.
