What should I do if my registration was declined?

If your registration was declined, all your details remain saved. You can correct them and submit the registration again. Your username stays reserved for you in the meantime.

Where to find the reason

• In the email sent to the community's contact email. Its subject line begins with “Ihre Anfrage für” (Your request for) and names your community.
• In the Studio: open the community. The “Your registration was declined” box shows the reason.
• On the “Your communities” page under Pending items, shortened to one line. View opens the community.

Revising your details and submitting again

   Open the community in the Studio.
2. 2Step 2:
   In the box, click Revise details. The registration opens with the details you entered before.
3. 3Step 3:
   Use Change to open the step the reason relates to, and correct the detail. For example, upload a valid tax exemption notice (Freistellungsbescheid).
4. 4Step 4:
   On the summary, click Submit registration.

Your registration is then Under review again, and the 24-hour promise starts afresh.

If the decision was based on a misunderstanding and there's nothing to change, click Resubmit unchanged in the box. The box also contains Back to your communities and Sign out.

If the box says “Your community has been suspended”

In that case, the community had already been approved and was suspended later. You can't resubmit it yourself, and the box only contains Back to your communities and Sign out. If you think the suspension is a mistake, write to us at info@sadaqa-now.de.

What happens to the declined registration

It doesn't expire and isn't deleted automatically. A decision to decline is kept as a record. If you'd like to withdraw the registration completely, write to us.
