    At the screen, you pay at the SumUp card terminal, by card or phone. The screen doesn't accept cash.

    If your community offers it, you request the donation receipt at the screen straight after paying and receive it by email. Otherwise, your community issues it on request.

  • Is my payment secure?

    Only SumUp processes your card details. You don't enter any card details on the screen, and in the Studio the community sees neither your name nor your card.

  • What if I entered the wrong amount or paid twice?

    Wrong amount or paid twice? Contact your community. Only they can refund a donation, through their SumUp account.

  • Where does my donation go?

    Your donation goes straight to your community's SumUp account. SadaqaNow gets none of it, and the community decides how it is used.
