Where does my donation go?
For donorsYour donation goes straight to your community, into its account with SumUp, the payment service behind the card terminal. SumUp pays the money out to the community. SadaqaNow takes no share and has no access to the money.
Community or campaign
If you donate to the community itself, you give generally, without a particular purpose. If you choose a campaign, you donate to its purpose, for example a winter appeal. For every donation, the community sees which purpose it was given for.
Who is responsible for how it's used
Your community decides how the donations are used. SadaqaNow only provides the technology: the screen and the connection to the card terminal. Your community can answer questions about a donation purpose.
What you pay
You pay exactly the amount you choose at the screen. SumUp charges the card payment fees to the community.
