Donate at the screen

You can donate at the screen in your mosque in a few steps. You choose what you're donating to, choose an amount and pay at the card terminal that belongs to this screen. You don't need an account and you don't need to sign in.

Step by step

1. 1Step 1:
   On the screen, tap the button for donating, for example “Donate now”.
2. 2Step 2:
   Choose what you're donating to: the community itself or one of its campaigns. You choose a campaign with Select.
3. 3Step 3:
   Tap one of the amounts. If the community offers it, tap Any amount and enter an amount yourself. If there's a minimum or maximum amount, the screen shows it.
4. 4Step 4:
   Depending on the screen, you can also add a short message. This is optional.
5. 5Step 5:
   The screen shows “Please pay at the terminal”. Hold your card or phone to the terminal and follow the instructions there.
6. 6Step 6:
   Once the payment is confirmed, “Thank you for your donation” appears, followed by your payment receipt.

If you change your mind

While the screen is waiting for your payment, you can stop with Cancel. If you don't touch the screen for a while, it returns to the home page by itself. Shortly before that, “Please touch the screen” appears.

Good to know

• At the screen, you donate cashless, by card or phone. More on this in What can I pay with at the screen?
• Without internet, the screen doesn't accept donations. The donate button then doesn't respond. Other reasons are listed in Why can't I donate here?
• If the screen shows “The confirmation is taking longer. Please do not pay again.”, please don't pay a second time. The result is still being checked.
