How to read the reports
Reports show how much has been donated at your screens: the total, count and average for the selected period, compared with the period before.
Choose and compare a period
Choose 7, 30 or 90 days or your own date range. Reports always compare it with a period of the same length directly before it.
Break down donations by campaign or screen
Above the chart, “Campaigns” and “Screens” show what people donated to and where: as a ranking with value and share.
View individual donations and their status
Below the chart, every payment in the period is listed individually, with time, campaign, screen, status and amount. Here's how to read and filter the list.
Export donations as a CSV file
With “Export CSV”, you download all donations in the selected period as a spreadsheet, for example for your bookkeeping or a spreadsheet program.
Why are the reports empty?
If the reports show only zeros, there were no paid donations at the screen in the selected period, or a filter is limiting what's shown.
Who can see the reports?
By default, every role in the community can see the reports. Team members who only look after selected screens only see the donations for those screens.
Why do the reports differ from my SumUp statement?
The reports show what was donated at your screens. SumUp pays out according to its own rules. That's why amounts and dates can differ.
