View individual donations and their status
ReportsBelow the chart is the Donations list. It contains every payment in the period individually, newest first, with time, campaign, screen, status and amount. The number next to the heading tells you how many entries there are.
The statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Paid | The donation has come in. Only these donations count towards the total, count and average. |
| Processing | The payment at the terminal is still in progress. |
| Failed | The payment failed. |
| Cancelled | The payment wasn't completed. |
| Refunded | The amount was paid back. |
Amounts that haven't been paid appear struck through.
Filtering and paging
- Use the All statuses selection to show only donations with a particular status. This filter only applies to the list. The metrics and chart stay the same.
- The list shows ten donations per page. Use the arrows below it to page through.
- The period and campaign at the top also apply to the list.
Issue a donation receipt
“Owner” and “Finance” will find Issue donation receipt… in the ⋯ menu of a paid donation. How issuing a donation receipt (Zuwendungsbestätigung) works is explained in Issue a donation receipt.
If a receipt has already been issued, its receipt number appears next to the donation, for example SB-2026-0001. The ⋯ menu then offers Download donation receipt and Revoke donation receipt…. If “please revoke” appears next to the receipt number, the donation was refunded and the receipt is still valid. In that case, revoke it; see Revoke a donation receipt.
