Who can see the reports?
ReportsBy default, all members of your community can see the reports, whatever their role: “Owner”, “Admin”, “Finance”, “Content”, “Screens” and “Read-only”. The “Read-only” role is designed for exactly this: anyone who has it can see the reports but can't change anything.
Limited to selected screens
If your community has several screens, you can specify in the team that a person only looks after Selected screens. This person then only sees the donations for those screens in the reports. The metrics, chart, list and CSV file follow suit. You'll find out how to set this up in Change a member's role.
More than viewing
- Only “Owner” and “Finance” issue donation receipts (Zuwendungsbestätigung) for individual donations.
- You don't change amounts and campaigns in the reports but under Campaigns. More on this in Set donation amounts.
