Why are the reports empty?
ReportsIf the reports only show zeros, there were no paid donations for your selection. If there wasn't a single payment in the previous period either, a sentence such as “No donations from … to …” appears instead of the chart. Check the following points in order.
The period
Is the right period selected? The last 30 days are selected by default. See Choose and compare a period.
The filters
Is a single campaign selected? Set the selection to All campaigns. The All statuses filter only affects the list, not the metrics.
Only paid donations count
Payments that are still in progress, cancelled, failed or refunded don't count. They do appear in the Donations list, though.
Only donations at your screens
The reports show card donations that were started at your screens. Donations made in other ways, such as bank transfers or cash, don't appear here.
Card donations aren't possible yet
Card donations only work once a screen has been fully set up: paired, with a card terminal assigned and a connected SumUp account. See Why does the screen show “Terminal zuweisen”?
You only see some of the screens
Team members who only look after selected screens only see the donations for those screens. See Who can see the reports?
