How to read the reports
ReportsUnder Reports, you can see the donations that came in at your screens via the card terminal. At the top are three metrics, below them a chart and the list of individual donations.
The three metrics
| Metric | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Total | All paid donations in the period added together. |
| Count | How many donations were paid. |
| Average | The total divided by the count. |
Only paid donations count. Payments that are still in progress, cancelled, failed or refunded appear in the list, but not in the metrics.
Comparison with the previous period
Below each metric, you can see by what percentage it has gone up or down, and next to it the value for the previous period. The previous period is the same length and comes directly before the selected period. If there was nothing in the previous period, no percentage is shown, only the value for the previous period.
The chart
The chart shows the selected metric as bars per day, or per month for periods longer than 180 days. The dashed line shows the previous period, laid alongside day by day. Click Total, Count or Average to change what the chart shows. Hover over a day with your mouse to see the exact values.
Always up to date
The reports update automatically as soon as a new donation comes in. You don't need to reload the page.
