What SadaqaNow costs, when and how you pay, where to find your invoices and how to cancel your subscription or screens.

  • How much does SadaqaNow cost?

    The base package costs €50 a month and includes one screen. Each additional screen costs €30 a month. Your account, registration and review are free.

  • When do I pay for the first time?

    Only after your community has been approved. The owner then starts the subscription and pays for the first month. After that, payment is taken monthly.

  • How can I pay, and how do I change the payment method?

    You pay by card, PayPal or SEPA Direct Debit. You change the payment method and invoice details under Settings › Billing with the Payment details button.

  • Where can I find my invoices?

    All your subscription's invoices are under Settings › Billing in the Invoices section. Use View to open an invoice and download it there.

  • How much does an additional screen cost?

    Every screen beyond the base package costs €30 a month. You pay from the day you create it, at first pro rata until the next monthly billing.

  • Cancel a screen

    If you no longer need a screen, the owner cancels it. It keeps running until the end of the paid month, after which you pay €30 less a month.

  • What happens if a payment fails?

    If a payment fails, the Studio shows a red banner with Pay now. As long as the payment is only overdue, your screens keep running.

  • Cancel the subscription

    The subscription can be cancelled monthly. Only the owner can cancel. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month, and all screens keep running until then.

  • Resume the subscription

    Once the subscription has ended, the screens are out of service, but the community and its data are still there. With Resume subscription, the screens run again without having to be paired again.

  • Does the invoice include VAT?

    No. SadaqaNow is a small business (Kleinunternehmer) under section 19 UStG and doesn't charge VAT. The amounts in the Studio and on the invoice are final amounts.

  • Who can view billing and make payments?

    “Owner” and “Finance” can see billing. Only the owner can start and cancel the subscription. “Admin” and “Screens” can also create additional screens.
