How much does SadaqaNow cost?
Billing and pricingSadaqaNow costs €50 a month. This includes one screen. Each additional screen costs €30 a month. Your account, the registration and the review of your community are free.

How billing works
- The subscription runs per community and is charged monthly.
- You make the first payment after approval, when the owner starts the subscription. There's no trial period.
- You pay for an additional screen from the day you create it, at first pro rata. For more, see How much does an additional screen cost?.
- The subscription and individual screens can be cancelled monthly, each with effect from the end of the paid month. See Cancel the subscription and Cancel a screen.
- No VAT (Umsatzsteuer) is charged on the invoices. For more, see Does the invoice include VAT?.
What you're currently paying
You can see your current monthly amount under Settings › Billing in the Monthly column. Next to it are the number of your screens and the date of the next billing. From within a community, the Billing item in the sidebar takes you there.

- How can I pay, and how do I change the payment method?You pay by card, PayPal or SEPA Direct Debit. You change the payment method and invoice details under Settings › Billing with the Payment details button.
- Where can I find my invoices?All your subscription's invoices are under Settings › Billing in the Invoices section. Use View to open an invoice and download it there.
- Cancel a screenIf you no longer need a screen, the owner cancels it. It keeps running until the end of the paid month, after which you pay €30 less a month.
- What happens if a payment fails?If a payment fails, the Studio shows a red banner with Pay now. As long as the payment is only overdue, your screens keep running.
- Cancel the subscriptionThe subscription can be cancelled monthly. Only the owner can cancel. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month, and all screens keep running until then.
