What fees apply to donations?
Donations and campaignsSadaqaNow charges neither a fee nor a share on your donations. SumUp charges fees for the card payments. How much they are is set out in your community's contract with SumUp.
What SadaqaNow costs
Your community pays a monthly amount for the Studio and your screens. It depends on the number of your screens, not on how much is donated. You'll find the prices in How much does SadaqaNow cost?.
What SumUp charges
SumUp charges its own fees for card payments. SumUp lists its current prices on its website. You can see which fees were charged on your donations and what was paid out in your SumUp account.
What donors pay
Donors pay exactly the amount they choose on the screen. There's no surcharge.
What the reports show
The reports in the Studio show the amounts donated. SumUp's fees haven't been deducted from them. To reconcile with your accounts, use the payouts in your SumUp account. Why the figures can differ is explained in Why do the reports differ from my SumUp statement?.
