Change a campaign's title, description and image

You change a campaign's title, description and image in the Studio under Campaigns. Once you save, the change applies to all of your community's screens.

How it works

1. 1Step 1:
   Open Campaigns and click the campaign's row.
2. 2Step 2:
   Change the Title or Description. The preview at the top of the form immediately shows how the screen displays the campaign.
3. 3Step 3:
   Choose a new image with Choose image, or drag the file into the field. You swap an existing image with Replace or delete it with Remove.
4. 4Step 4:
   Click Save.

If you close the form before saving, the Studio asks “Discard changes?”. Keep editing takes you back; with Discard, the changes are lost.

Good to know

• The Studio accepts images as JPG, PNG or WEBP files of up to 5 MB.
• The screen shows at most two lines each of the title and the description. It cuts off longer text.
• The local donation doesn't have its own image. You set the image of the “Local donation” card with the entry cards.
• You change amounts in the same form, see Set donation amounts.

Who can do this

“Owner”, “Admin”, “Finance” and “Content” can change text and images and switch a campaign on or off. Only “Owner” and “Finance” can change amounts and create and delete campaigns.
