Who can do what with donations?
Donations and campaignsFor donations, the Studio separates content and money. Several roles may manage text and images. Anything that determines how much money goes where stays with the “Owner” and “Finance” roles.

Several roles
A person can have several roles. They can then do everything that any of their roles allows. You assign roles under Team; find out more in Which roles are there and what can each one do?.
Assigning terminals
To assign a card terminal to a screen, a person needs two permissions: the permission for terminals and the permission to manage screens. The owner has both. Anyone with “Finance” also needs “Admin” or “Screens” for this. In addition, only the person who paired a terminal can assign it. Find out more in Assign a terminal to a screen.
What others see
- Anyone who isn't allowed to open a page doesn't see it in the sidebar.
- Anyone who isn't allowed to change amounts sees them in the form with the note View only.
- Anyone who can manage terminals but not assign them sees, under Terminals, a note saying which role is missing instead of the Screen selection.
- If there are no donations at all yet, the Campaigns page explains to people without the necessary permission that only “Owner” and “Finance” can create donations.
