Design the entry cards
Donations and campaignsWhen someone taps “Donate now” on the screen, two cards appear: “Local donation” for donations to your community and “Our campaigns” for your campaigns. These are the entry cards. You design their title, description, image and button label in the editor.
How it works
- Step 1: Open Campaigns in the Studio.
- Step 2: At the top, next to the Campaigns heading, click Design entry cards. The editor opens the template that is currently running on your screens.
- Step 3: In the editor, choose the Donation start page.
- Step 4: In the Donations section under Manage cards, change the Title, Description, Image and Button text for each of the two entry cards.
The changes are saved automatically. Afterwards, “Saved” appears at the top of each card.

Good to know
- The entry cards apply to all of your community's screens.
- If no campaign is switched on, the “Our campaigns” card appears faded with the note “No campaigns”.
- If no local donation is switched on, the “Local donation” card shows “Not available” and can't be tapped.
- You still manage the titles and amounts of the local donation and the campaigns under Campaigns.
- You set the colours, background and layout of the donation pages in the editor, see Design the donation pages.
Who can do this
“Owner”, “Admin” and “Content” can open the editor. Anyone who only has the “Finance” role doesn't see the Design entry cards button.
