Pause or delete a campaign

If a campaign shouldn't appear on the screens for a while, pause it. Once it's over for good, you can delete it. Pausing can be undone at any time; deleting can't.

Pausing a campaign

   Open Campaigns in the Studio.
2. 2Step 2:
   Turn off the switch at the end of the row.

The campaign disappears from the screens, and nobody can donate to it any more. The text, image and amounts are kept. To show it again, turn the switch back on.

In the campaign's form, you'll find the same switch under Show on screens. There, the change only takes effect once you click Save.

Deleting a campaign

   Open Campaigns and click the campaign's row.
2. 2Step 2:
   Click Delete at the bottom of the form.
3. 3Step 3:
   Confirm the question “Delete campaign?” with Delete.

Campaigns don't have an end date

A campaign doesn't end by itself. Once it's over, pause or delete it manually.

The local donation

The local donation can also be paused or deleted. When you delete it, the Studio asks “Delete local donation?”. Afterwards, you can set it up again at any time. While it's paused or deleted, the “Local donation” card on the screen shows “Not available”. Nobody can then donate to the community itself, but people can still donate to campaigns that are switched on.

Who can do this

“Owner”, “Admin”, “Finance” and “Content” can pause a campaign and switch it back on. Only “Owner” and “Finance” can delete.
