When does the money reach the community's account?
SumUp and card terminalsEvery card donation goes directly to your community's SumUp account. SumUp pays the money out to the bank account you've stored with SumUp. When this happens and what fees apply is set out in your community's contract with SumUp.

Refund a donation
Your community makes a refund in its SumUp account. There's no button for this in the Studio. If you've already issued a donation receipt (Zuwendungsbestätigung) for the payment, revoke it, see Revoke a donation receipt.
