How much does an additional screen cost?

The first screen is included in the base package. Each additional screen costs €30 a month. It's charged from the day you create it.

What happens when you create one

1. 1Step 1:
   You create an additional screen under Screens. The button shows the price: Create for €30.00 a month. Below it, it says “Billing starts today on a pro rata basis.”
2. 2Step 2:
   We invoice the pro rata amount for the rest of the current billing month straight away. Very small amounts only appear on the next monthly invoice.
3. 3Step 3:
   As soon as the payment is confirmed, the Studio activates the screen and shows the pairing code. Until then, it says “Being activated. The code appears as soon as the payment is confirmed.”
4. 4Step 4:
   From the next monthly billing, you pay the full amount for the screen.

An example

Your subscription is billed on the 15th of each month. On 10 August, you create a second screen. Right away, you only pay for the days up to 15 August, about €4.84. From 15 August, the screen costs €30 a month, so your subscription costs €80 a month in total.

If the payment doesn't go through

If the payment for the new screen fails, the Studio doesn't activate it. In that case, check your payment method. See How can I pay, and how do I change the payment method?.

Who can create additional screens

“Owner”, “Admin” and “Screens” can create screens. If the subscription has ended, no new screens can be created until it's running again. For the details of creating and pairing, see Add a screen.
