Who can view billing and make payments?
Billing and pricingWhat someone can see and do in billing depends on their roles in the community. The most important roles here are “Owner” and “Finance”.

The table shows what each role brings with it. Roles add up: anyone with two roles can do whatever either role allows. “Content” and “Read-only” have nothing to do with billing. For more on all roles, see Which roles are there and what can each one do?.
A tip for associations
If, for example, the person who keeps the accounts in your association should see the invoices, give them the “Finance” role in the team. They can then see billing and the payment details without being the owner. They can't cancel. To find out how to assign roles, see Change a member's role.
If you can't see billing
In that case, Settings › Billing says “You don't manage billing for any community.” In a community's sidebar, the Billing item is missing.

- How much does SadaqaNow cost?The base package costs €50 a month and includes one screen. Each additional screen costs €30 a month. Your account, registration and review are free.
- When do I pay for the first time?Only after your community has been approved. The owner then starts the subscription and pays for the first month. After that, payment is taken monthly.
- How can I pay, and how do I change the payment method?You pay by card, PayPal or SEPA Direct Debit. You change the payment method and invoice details under Settings › Billing with the Payment details button.
- How much does an additional screen cost?Every screen beyond the base package costs €30 a month. You pay from the day you create it, at first pro rata until the next monthly billing.
- Cancel a screenIf you no longer need a screen, the owner cancels it. It keeps running until the end of the paid month, after which you pay €30 less a month.
