Is there a trial period?
Registration and reviewThere's no trial period. You don't need one either: you pay nothing before approval, and after approval you pay for a community that's ready to use straight away.

When you submit the registration, you don't provide a payment method and don't commit to any payment.
When you start paying
Payment is only due after approval, when the owner starts the subscription. With the payment, the community becomes active. The subscription can be cancelled monthly. To find out how, see Cancel the subscription.
Seeing the Studio beforehand
You can already see your Studio during the review, just blurred. That way you know what awaits you after approval. For an overview of all areas, see Where do I find what in the Studio?.

- How much does SadaqaNow cost?The base package costs €50 a month and includes one screen. Each additional screen costs €30 a month. Your account, registration and review are free.
- When do I pay for the first time?Only after your community has been approved. The owner then starts the subscription and pays for the first month. After that, payment is taken monthly.

- Why is the Studio blurred?As long as your community isn't active, a blurred overlay covers the Studio. The box on top of it tells you why, for example the review or a pending payment.

- What should I do if my registration was declined?Being declined doesn't delete anything. You'll see the reason in the Studio and in the email, correct your details and submit the registration again. Your username stays reserved.
