Where do I find things in the Studio?
Getting startedWithin a community, all areas are listed in the sidebar on the left. You only see the entries your role has permission for. On narrow screens, you open the sidebar with the menu button at the top left.
The entries
The Overview stands on its own at the very top. Below it are the groups Donations, Content & display, Devices and Administration.

Team and Billing have a small arrow. They take you out of the community: you manage the team for all communities in one place, and billing is in your account settings. The community is already selected there.
Switch community
The current community is shown at the top of the sidebar. Clicking it opens Switch community with your other communities and All communities. The word Studio above it also takes you back to the “Your communities” page.
Account menu at the bottom left
Your name and email address are shown at the bottom of the sidebar. Clicking them opens Settings, Home and Sign out. If you've hidden the setup guide, you'll also find Show setup guide there. Anyone who isn't the community's owner will also find Leave community there. Find out more in Leave a community.
The top bar
The top bar is the same on every page. The search is on the left. On the right are the account settings, the notifications, the Help Centre and, at the far end, the Setup guide.
The page name appears below it, at the start of the page. On subpages, the way back appears in small text above it, for example “Overview ›” above “Activity log”. A page's buttons are to the right of its name.
Searching
The search at the top left quickly gets you to any place in the Studio. For example, type “Create campaign”, the name of a screen or “Password”. The search then shows:
- under Go to, the matching areas and functions, for example Campaigns › Create campaign,
- your screens, campaigns, templates, terminals and communities with that name,
- under Help, matching articles from the Help Centre. They open in a new tab.
Use the arrow keys to choose a result and Enter to open it. On a computer, you can also reach the search with ⌘ K (Mac) or Ctrl K (Windows).
