What does a community's overview show?

Getting started

When you open a community, you land on the Overview. It shows at a glance what's happening right now. You can do some things straight from there, such as switching the template or copying a pairing code.

The sections

SectionWhat it shows
SetupAs long as the setup guide has open items: how many items are done and what's next.
On displayA preview of the template that's currently running, and your screens with their status over the last 24 hours. This is also where you switch the template.
TodayToday's prayer times and the time until the next prayer.
Donations · 30 daysThe total, number and average of donations, each compared with the previous 30 days, and the latest donations.
Recent activityThe latest entries from the activity log.

If you can't see a section, you don't have permission for it. The remaining sections then move closer together.

Where to go from here

  • Open setup guide in the “Setup” section opens the setup guide.
  • Reports in the “Donations” section takes you to all donations. Find out more in How to read the reports.
  • Activity log in the “Recent activity” section shows all changes. Find out more in See who changed what in the activity log.
  • Add screen appears as long as no screen has been paired yet.

Where to find the other areas

All of a community's areas are listed in the sidebar on the left. On a phone, you open the sidebar with the menu button at the top left. What's behind each entry is explained in Where do I find things in the Studio?
