See who changed what in the activity log
Community and core detailsThe activity log shows who changed what in your community and when. Each row describes the event in a short sentence, for example that a screen was paired or an invitation was sent. The entries are never deleted.
How to open the activity log
- on the Overview, in the “Recent activity” section, via Activity log
- under Settings, in the Data section, via Open in the Activity log row
The activity log doesn't have its own item in the sidebar. At the top, it then says “Overview › Activity log”.
What you see
The entries are grouped by day, with the newest at the top. Each row shows the time, the event and who triggered it:
| Detail | Meaning |
|---|---|
| You | You yourself. |
| a name | A member of your community. |
| Sadaqa team | Our team, for example on approval or when correcting the core details. |
| Automatic | The system, for example when a payment is confirmed. |
For some entries, what changed is shown below, for example “Content → Admin” for a changed role.
New entries appear by themselves. You load older ones at the bottom with Load older entries, until “Start of the activity log” appears.
