Resend or withdraw an invitation
Team and permissionsAnyone who has been invited but hasn't accepted yet is listed under Team in the Pending invitations section. There you can resend or withdraw any invitation. Owners and admins can do both.
Resend
- Step 1: Open the Team tab at the top.
- Step 2: Find the address under Pending invitations.
- Step 3: Click Resend.
The person receives a new email. The time limit starts again, so the invitation is valid for another seven days.
Withdraw
- Step 1: Click Withdraw next to the invitation.
- Step 2: Confirm with Withdraw.
The link in the email then no longer works. The person won't join your community.
Keeping an eye on the deadline
Under each address, you can see when the invitation expires, for example “expires in 6 days”. On the last day, it says “Expires today”. An expired invitation can no longer be accepted. In that case, simply invite the person again.
Every invitation sent and every withdrawal is recorded in your community's Activity log.
