Manage one team for several communities
Team and permissionsYou manage the team in one place for all the communities in which you're Owner or Admin. Each person appears there only once, even if they work in several communities.
Reading the team page
- Next to each person are their communities, each with their roles.
- With several communities, each one has an abbreviation made from its initials, for example “MM” for “Musterstadt Mosque”.
- You're at the very top, marked “you”.
- Pending invitations lists everyone who hasn't accepted yet.
Filter and search
- Use the Name or email search field to find people quickly.
- From two communities upwards, there's a selection list that starts with All communities. Choose a single community there.
- If you click Team in the sidebar of a community, that community is already selected.
Invite to several communities
Under Invite person, tick several communities under Which communities?. The Studio sends a separate invitation for each community and shows the result for each. You can only choose roles that you're allowed to assign in all of the selected communities.
