How long does SadaqaNow keep data?
Privacy and securitySadaqaNow deletes some data automatically after fixed periods. Other data stays for as long as your account or your community exists. Records such as the activity log are kept permanently.

As long as the account or community exists
- Your account details stay until you delete your account.
- Your community's data stays for as long as the community exists. A community whose subscription has ended isn't deleted automatically either.
Permanently
- Your community's Activity log is a record. Its entries aren't deleted.
- A submitted registration never expires and is never deleted automatically, not even after it has been declined.
- Anything we're required by law to keep, such as invoices, is kept for as long as the law requires. Details are in our privacy policy, which is available in German only.
