What data does SadaqaNow store?

SadaqaNow stores what's needed for your account, for managing your community, for running the screens and for donations. The overview below shows what that includes. Our privacy policy is binding. It's available in German only.

Your account

• Name, username, email address and your organisation
• Your password, never in plain text
• If you choose, phone, address and date of birth
• Your recent sign-ins with time, browser, approximate location and IP address

Your community

• Core details such as name, address, legal form and tax details
• The representatives and the signatures on file
• The team with its roles, and the invitations
• The activity log, which shows who changed what and when
• Subscription and invoices. Stripe handles the payment itself.
• Your content: templates, uploaded images, campaigns and prayer times

Your screens

• The name, location and status of each screen, such as when it last checked in and which app version is running
• Screenshots that someone requests in the Studio. For more on this, see What do screenshots of the screens show, and how long are they kept?

Donations

• Amount, time, campaign, screen and whether the payment went through
• The remark, if the donor leaves one at the screen. It's also passed to SumUp as the description of the payment.
• No card details. Only SumUp processes those.
• For a donation receipt (Zuwendungsbestätigung), the donor's name and address, which your community enters
