Download all of the community's data
Community and core detailsThe owner can download all of their community's details in one file. This is useful for your own records, for example before a change of board.
How it works
- Step 1: Open Settings and go to the Data section.
- Step 2: In the Download all data row, click Download.
- Step 3: The file is saved to your downloads folder. Its name begins with the community's username and contains the date.
What the file contains
- core details and representatives
- members and invitations
- connected accounts, such as SumUp
- the screens, without their templates and display
- the subscription
- from the activity log, only the number of entries and a checksum, not the individual entries
The file is machine-readable. It's suitable for keeping and for further processing, less so for reading.
Who can download it
Only the owner. Everyone else sees the note “Only the owner can download this.” in the row.
