Why can't I invite anyone?
Team and permissionsOnly Owner and Admin can invite people, and only once the community has been approved and paid for. The following notes will help you find the reason.
The “Team” tab is missing
Only someone who is owner or admin in at least one community sees the Team tab. If you have a different role, ask your community's owner to send the invitation.
“Inviting isn't possible yet”
Your community is still under review or hasn't been paid for yet. As soon as it has been approved and paid for, you can invite your board. For more, see What statuses can a registration have?
“You don't manage the team of any community”
You don't have the Owner or Admin role in any of your communities. Only the owner can assign the Admin role.
A role is missing from the selection
With Admin, you can only assign Content, Screens and Read-only. Only the owner can assign Admin and Finance. If you choose several communities, you can only choose roles that you're allowed to assign in all of them.
Messages when sending
| Message | What it means |

| There's already an open invitation for this email address. | The person has already been invited. Use Resend. |
| Please enter a valid email address. | The address is incomplete or contains a typo. |
| Please choose at least one role. | No role has been selected yet. |
