Why can't I see a card terminal in the list?
SumUp and card terminalsUnder Terminals, you see the card terminals that you've paired yourself with your SumUp sign-in or imported from SumUp. If another person in your team paired a card terminal, it won't appear for you.
Someone else paired it
In the Studio, card terminals belong to the person who paired them. Only that person sees them and can assign them to a screen. In that case, ask them to manage the card terminal.
It's paired in SumUp but not in the Studio
Click Import from SumUp. The Studio then fetches all card terminals that are paired in your SumUp account. If new ones are added, it reports, for example, “1 card terminal imported”. If they're all there already, it reports “No other card terminal is paired in SumUp”. If none at all is paired in your SumUp account, it tells you that too.
It belongs to another community
If you use one SumUp account for several communities, each community only shows its own card terminals and those that aren't assigned to a screen yet.
It was unpaired
An unpaired card terminal disappears from the Terminals page. Pair it again with a new code, see Pair the SumUp Solo with SadaqaNow.
You can't see the page at all
Only “Owner” and “Finance” can open the Terminals page. Find out more in Who can do what with donations?
